Hardware Design

Hardware design is the process of capturing the electronic circuit requirements in a circuit diagram or "schematic" and from this producing a physical design in the format of a printed circuit board or "PCB" layout which is then populated with components to produce a finished product.

JPA Electronics undertakes all of the hardware design process in house which coupled with our on site small batch assembly capabilities enables us to deliver new hardware designs on time and to the highest quality standards.

Software Design

Most designs incorporate a microcontroller which is an integrated circuit or "chip" that can be programmed to behave in a specific way as required by a particular application's logical and functional requirements.

Software Design is the process of developing code that is compiled and then programmed into the microcontroller to deliver the required functionality. This process is often referred to as Embedded Software Design.

JPA Electronics undertakes all aspects of the embedded software design process in house using the latest tools and technologies.
